At USA Service Animal Registration, we want you and your service animal to look your best in our high-quality apparel and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receipt.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and hair-free condition with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping container.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
