All custom-embroidered service animal vests are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days via standard domestic shipping.

Can I return a personalized service animal accessory?

Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized items cannot be returned. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we offer a 30-day exchange policy.

What materials are used in your service animal fashion line?

We use high-grade, breathable ballistic nylon and hypoallergenic cotton blends to ensure maximum comfort and durability for your working animal.

How do I determine the correct size for my service dog?

Are the identification patches removable?

Yes, most of our vests feature industrial-strength hook-and-loop strips, allowing you to swap out patches such as 'Service Animal', 'In Training', or 'Do Not Pet' as needed.
